Shepherd Planet Community Donations
We, at Shepherd Planet, have chosen to support two organisations: Surmang Foundation and Kham Aid Foundation. Both organisations are active in parts of the area in which we travel.
Surmang Foundation - The Surmang region provides a window into all rural Tibetan Life. It is not only one of the poorest regions in China; it is one of the poorest in the world. Surmang Foundation's efforts support the accute needs of the extremely poor and remote peoples in western China and in particular the far-flung Surmang. Click here to donate online.
