Cancellation

We will do everything possible to conduct trips according to itinerary but reserves the right to make changes in accordance with orders from mountain authorities and weather/road conditions or political turbulence.
Further more we also reserve the right to cancel a trip if to few participants. Most trips operate with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 14 trekkers. In case Shepherd Planet cancels the trip full refund (less transaction costs) will be given.
Cancellation:
If customer cancels the trip 45 days or more prior to start the deposit is forfeit. The balance payment will be refunded in full (less transaction costs).
No refund will be given if customer cancels 44 days or less prior to the trip start.
