We will do everything possible to conduct trips according to itinerary but reserves the right to make changes in accordance with orders from mountain authorities and weather/road conditions or political turbulence.
Further more we also reserve the right to cancel a trip if to few participants. Most trips operate with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 14 trekkers. In case Shepherd Planet cancels the trip full refund (less transaction costs) will be given.
Payment:
Deposit USD 250 per person is due upon booking of a trip.
The balance is due 60 days prior to trip departure (or upon agreement payable to our guide upon trek/tour start).
All payments to be made by bank transfer only.
