Trek Level

Easy - for all trekkers. Also called "gentle trek", mostly, the trek is related to the areas of  rolling foothills and it may involve a reasonable amount of "gentle" ascent and descent. Usually 3 to 5 hours walking per day, and 2 to 6 days trekking. Low altitude (app. 1000m - 3500m).

Moderate - for some experienced trekkers. Relatively, it is a sort of " less gentle" trek and related to more remote countryside areas, with moderate ascent and descent. Ocassionally it could experience some certain amount of steep path. Usually 5 to 8 hours walking per day, and 6 to 12 days trekking. Comparatively higher altitude (app. 1000m - 4200m).

Hard - for all experienced trekkers who are in good physical shape and used to walking in mountainous terrain a lot. Usually 5 to 10 hours walking per day, and 7 to 20 days trekking. It  may involve an enormous amount of steep ascent and descent.  It is a sort of strenuous trek. Higher altitude (app. 1300m - 5100m).

Tough - for highly experienced trekkers only.

On all treks we experience altitudes above 1500 m. Most people can adjust to high altitudes within a couple of days. Drink plenty of water and walk in a slow steady pace. Rest properly and drink little alcohol.

See each trek description for further details on for example altitudes.
